Welcome to the Dallas County Peace Officers Association’s newly
launched website. It is my hope that everyone is enlightened,
informed and educated about our organization via this web site.
There are several things that we felt our constituents were lacking
when it came to us getting information out in a timely manner.
Hopefully, we have erased those problems with our new web site.
I will write to you on this page to convey my personal thoughts and
feeling as it pertains to the organization and the Dallas County
Sheriffs Department. I will also use this page to motivate and inspire
you to get personally involved in this organization. We don't have all
the answers; it’s my prayer that others will bring forth fresh new
ideas to further the cause.
I would like to take this time to thank Deputy Lonnie Cole and his
lovely wife Patsy for their hard work and expertise on this website. It
is an expensive endeavor to launch a web page, and there is no
doubt that we would not have succeeded so soon without them. God
gave man everything he needed with what he spoke into existence.
It’s man’s responsibility to pull out of what God gave us to make life
easier. If man wanted a table, he had to pull it out of a tree. If man
wanted some shoes, he had to pull it out of a cow. We have
everything we need in our people. We just have to pull it out of
ourselves.
God bless you is my prayer, and I hope that everyone gets what they
need in this organization. We will continue to work hard for you and I
hope that others will join in on the fight.
